So this Sunday Snapshot I am super excited about! For quite sometime Will and I have been wanting to make some little videos about our experiences with house building and the house itself, so after some trial and error I think we found a format that we absolutely love! And as an added bonus you get to hear what we sound like when we talk, well more Will on this one than me, but I talk plenty in some of the other videos. I always love getting to hear what bloggers actually sounds like, because half the time it is nothing like how I imagined. So I hope you guys get a kick out of it too, and don't just hate our voices too much haha!
There is nothing quite like a wood stove. We had one at our old farm and I miss it!
ReplyDeleteI too love hearing the voices of my favourite bloggers! Its never how you imagine them in your mind, is it? I've been thinking about doing a vlog for a while, so might get onto that!
It is pretty wonderful! And you should totally do a vlog, they are pretty darn fun!
DeleteYour videos are so legit! Love them. Not like my "set up my iPad and jabber at the screen" vlogs. Wood stoves are awesome, also. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks! This is the first time I've ever used one, and I couldn't agree more with you!
DeleteThat video was beautiful. I love all the photos of the winter trees to show just how cold it actually was. Bonus: I didn't hate either of your voices! Will's is actually very soothing. He would be a good narrator. And we definitely didn't get enough of you. I look forward to the other ones. :)
ReplyDeleteYay glad you didn't hate them!
DeleteI love the video! My family has a wood burning stove and it is just awesome. I would love to have my own, especially for making tea (that wouldn't be the only reason. haha). I mean, how cute would it be to put a kettle on to make tea. <3333
ReplyDeleteYa'll seem pretty sweet, and I love watching/reading posts about the life you're building. Dreamy and so-real! :]
Oh I haven't tired using it for tea yet, but I will now! Thanks so much!
DeleteAww man, there is just something so great about a wood stove. Your videos are so seamless and wonderful; both of your voices are so soothing too! Y'all are legit. :)
ReplyDeleteThey are really fun! Glad you liked the video!
Deletegreat video! you're right in that it's so interesting to hear what someone sounds like after reading so many of their words. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThanks so very much!
Deletegreat that you like it :)
ReplyDeleteshow me your case when it's finished! :)
Have a nice sunday evening you two :)
I most certainly will!
DeleteWow. I love this. Great filming, and Will's voice is perfect for narration. And I love the cold tree shots too.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment you left on my blog. I'm your newest follower :) (and super impressed with you already, by the way)

DeleteI love to hear what bloggers sound like too :) You both have great voices by the way ;) haha. I haven't done a vlog yet. Maybe one day. I think it is awesome that you two are building your own home + making it yours. Very romantic. If my hubby was handy I could see us doing this. ♥ Lindsay
ReplyDeleteWhy thank you. You should do one, they can be a little scary at first but then are pretty darn fun!
