Yesterday I decided I wanted to change up my blog design a little bit, and now it has kind of made me want to do a much larger revamp. I will leave that for another day, hehe. Does that ever happen to any of your guys, where you just end up changing something little on your blog and then you really want to just change everything? Will had done the previous design for me, but this I did all by myself, and even though the changes are pretty small I am really proud of them! It always feels really nice when you spend a lot of time on something and it comes out pretty nice.

Awesome job! I'm so impressed that you did it yourself. I have no graphic design ability, at all. I don't know the first thing about changing anything on my blog... which means it will likely look the same for a long, long time! ;)

ReplyDeleteI've also been working on a blog redesign. I was going to change a couple things, then got the bus you speak of and now I've got a whole whack of new stuff on my computer waiting patiently till I can set aside a night to code everything and get it all live! It's so exciting to do these things yourself, especially when you have to learn a lot to get it done :)

Yes you should feel proud of yourself! --cuz you did this all alone. I wouldn't know how to do this. I have to buy new templates every time I want to change them. That's why I'm thinking of taking some classes so I can learn to do this on my own. How do you get all the buttons aligned so perfectly? That's something I don't know how to do. Your new blog set up looks great, BTW :-D
